We are not an operator and we have no access to anyone's account. If a withdrawal has been held, declined or reversed, the only people who can move it are the operator's own payments team, and the fastest route is their live chat with your request reference to hand.
We also cannot arbitrate a dispute. Offshore operators sit outside US state regulators, which is the trade-off described in the legal section of the main ranking, and there is no appeal body we can escalate to on your behalf. If a site has treated you badly, telling us is still useful - a pattern of reports is the kind of evidence that changes a ranking.
